6J Making: Armband Phone Case

Fantage Hits 30,000,000 Users Registered!

 

This is BIG news for Fantage.

First of all, snow finally fell across Fantage.

and then…

They now have over 30 million registered users, and counting!

Everyone who logs in during their 30,000,000 USERS! event, will receive a free virtual brick set “Thank You Board”. (see above)

As an added bonus, Fantage is giving out free Fantage Fashion Show Brick Sets via raffle, to anyone online (up to 40 winners, 5 winners picked randomly each day)  from 12/18/2014 – 12/25/2014 (or 12/26 according to their Facebook page, whichever date to believe before they could correct it on either site)!

(I suppose the winners will receive a free code to redeem their prize via parents email. )

Throughout the years, since 2007, millions of users have registered into Fantage, and things sure have changed overtime, but it’s still here, now with over 30 million accounts registered!

Awkward Fantage Update

In my previous post, the Daily Attendance has 12 stamps.
But today, when I logged in, Fantage updated, and my stamp card was reset, and it has now increased to 14 stamps!
And you actually have to log in 14 days in a row, or else your stamp card will expire and reset.

And then, on the What’s New? page, a weird block with a B and K, and in between are 3 Lego like blocks.
Must be some kind of surprise coming up. My guess, it could be a bank, or a brand new game???

UPDATE: 11/11/2014

It has been updated again! And the word reveals to be B R I C K.

It may be a brand new game on the way, for sure.

Also, the Daily Spin failed to load the items on the wheel fast enough, so I got nothing when I used my free spin.

Fantage These Days…

Sorry for those who were waiting for a post here.

I’m just going to talk about Fantage of right now.

First of all, users have heard of the new currency, which is like eCoins, but you can’t earn them by watching ads. It’s called Gold.

There’s a mall where you can sell stuff to get Gold, but need Gold to reserve a kiosk for a day or more. So how are we gonna get Gold, then? By buying them with your real money, of course!

It seems like the video and banner ads are not enough for them to make money, or they just want more money than ever.

You need Gold to play Cody’s Crazy Combos, where you can get an exclusive item at random. There are Combination Items, collect 5, and you get some kind of special effect for your character.

Then there are “Besties”. Which is actually like a virtual boyfriend/girlfriend (depending on your gender) who follows you everywhere. (I didn’t like the idea) And of course, you need Gold to get a Bestie, or buy with Stars, if you’re a Premium Member.

Speaking of Premium Members, the Vintage Gold store has been replaced with a boutique, reserved for Premium Members!

As Non-Members,we almost never buy for membership.
We may watch commercials to earn eCoins, but that’s about it.
And since Fantage is pushing more on the Premium Membership, and Gold, it’s getting much harder for us Non-Members to enjoy the new things.

But, here’s the good news.
Daily Attendance! You can get free eCoins, Mall Permissions, Combo Coupons, and more, just by logging in once a day. And the prizes get better and better as you fill up your Stamp Card. If log in 12 days, when your Stamp Card has filled up, you get a special prize! (Which I haven’t got to yet. But I guess it’s a lot of stuff at once)
Be warned though, you don’t have to log in days in a row, but there is an expiration date. Once it expires, your Stamp Card will reset, and you will start over getting the small prizes.
At least, EVERYBODY can get free stuff.

I have been playing Fantage since 2008, cause I liked the fashion shows and stuff, and they’re still here today. I never bought anything, cause obviously I’m not allowed to, and it’s not really worth it, for me.
I wanted to see how much I could go without membership, or buying special currency, and so far, it’s not that bad.
I can make friends, for free.
I can chat, for free.
I can dress up, for free.
I can play games, for free.
I can buy clothes and some furniture, for free.
I can get some things Premium Members can get, for free.
And, of course, I can play Fantage, for free.

Unless Fantage decides to only let paying users to play the whole thing, I’m still playing.
I somehow couldn’t find a replacement for Fantage, anyway.
I could not find Virtual World Multiplayer game that looks good and does good for all ages all the time.
(Seriously, dating is NOT for all ages!!! Most games were not intended for dating, it’s meant for kids!!!)

dPals is the only game I could find that restricts flirting and dating, but it only works on Chrome, for now.
I will wait until it supports FireFox and (probably) Smartphone apps.

In the meantime, I have better things to do.

A Brief Day in Fantage as a Premium Member

I’ve just checked my Fantage account today, when I noticed that this week (as of this post) is “Free Premium Membership Week”, so I had to participate because the week is almost over!

I know the stuff I bought will not be accessible after 4/9/2014, but at least it was pretty fun for me. Here’s some screenshots of what I would be like if I was a Premium Member…

It’s like I was in a dream about my first day as a Premium Member…

I may never buy Premium Membership anyway.

I’m sure all the basic Fantagians who logged in this week had fun being Premium Members… for a week. Then it’s back to basic (now ad-infested recently) membership.

Hello everyone! I hope you’ve all had happy holidays.

Wow, it’s been months since I was last on this blog. Sadly I don’t think I’ll ever post again because I’m more active on deviantART. All this time I’ve improved both in pixels and my chibis.

Thanks to all who have supported me these 3 years of blogging. Now it’s time for me to go to a different platform for a long time. Someday I may return with a different more professional blog. I won’t delete this one because of the memories of my starting here on the Web.  Before I leave I want to apologize to everyone who I owe artwork, all I can say is that I won’t be able to complete it. Pixel or illustration. I know that I was very irresponsible in all of the time I’ve been blogging. I learned my lesson.
